Registering with Pihanga Health is easy.
Please click on the "I want to enrol online" button.
You will need proof of identity i.e. passport, drivers license, Kiwi Access Card etc.
Everyone 16yrs+ will need to complete a separate registration form.
If you prefer, you can complete a paper registration form, please ask our friendly staff at reception.

Once you have completed the registration form you will receive an email from <noreply@itsmyhealth.nz> with instructions on how to complete your registration process.
Please check your junk mail if you can't find the email in your inbox.

Please Note: There may be times when a doctor will need to see you before you get your prescription. If required, our team will contact you to arrange an appointment. Unfortunately we are unable to issue repeat prescriptions for casual non registered patients. Please contact your regular doctor.
Lab/Test Results & Reports
View your test results via My Indici (image guide below)
You can view your test results details via the Test Results screen. To do so, click the Test Results tile.
Here you can find your lab/radiology results. Unread results/reports will display under the Green header. Read results/reports will display under the Orange header. You can filter to see only unread or only read by clicking on the respective filter.
To view the details of any results, click View next to them. Results will be displayed according to the report i.e. Test results observations or PDF etc.

We have an automated voicemail system, when you leave a message our administrative team is notified via email that you have left a voice message. They will advise the nursing staff to call your regarding your results. Our aim is to call you back within an hour.
